 Through this application, students can modify the assigned appointment to formalize their registration in official undergraduate, first and second cycle, master's, and doctoral programs.

The appointment for online self-registration will be automatically assigned by the University. Newly admitted students can check their assigned appointment on the day of the publication of the admission lists and readmission lists. Students enrolled in the previous academic year can check their assigned appointment starting from June 24 if they have completed the academic year in the ordinary session, or from July 16 if they need to take exams in the extraordinary session.

Access Requirements:

  • The student will log in to the application using their corporate username and password. If they don't remember it, they can recover it using the following link. If they don't have a corporate username, they can obtain it using this link.
  • Only students who were enrolled in the previous academic year and have not completed their studies, as well as newly admitted students, can have a registration appointment.
  • They must use the latest supported versions of Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Chrome browsers.

Brief description of the process

  • The administrative services of the University will generate the registration appointments for all students. In the case of second-year and subsequent students, the appointment will be generated based on the academic record grade.
  • The student will log in to the application using their corporate username and password. If they don't remember it, they can recover it using the following link, within the specified deadlines.
  • The student will have the option to modify their registration appointment, only after the initial appointment and if there are available slots.
