Welcome to the Escuela Politécnica de Cuenca (University of Castilla–La Mancha), and thank you for choosing us for your international study abroad experience. We are delighted to welcome and support incoming exchange students, ensuring that—even while far from home—they feel comfortable, happy, and fully integrated during their mobility period, achieving both their academic and personal development goals. We are confident that this opportunity will be a valuable and enriching experience for their professional future.
Furthermore, it is worth highlighting that on December 1st, 1999, UNESCO declared the Historic Centre of Cuenca a World Heritage Site, a recognition that enhances the city’s appeal due to its outstanding artistic and cultural heritage. Cuenca is also a welcoming city, set in a privileged natural environment, crossed by the Júcar River and home to a rich and diverse architectural heritage. Students undertaking a mobility stay at the Cuenca campus are often pleasantly surprised and highly satisfied with their experience of studying here.
